“In March 2023 we played with the idea of putting up one glamping tent on our new property. I looked around and wrote several enquiring emails to different companies. Most never responded or said that they would not be interested in such a small order.

When Sumari contacted me, I immediately felt that this could be the company to go to. She carefully asked questions about our needs and the region we are in, what the tent would be used for and so many more things, that I thought it was amazing already. All this for only one tent….

“The same day she sent us a drawing of a tent that would be their new design and it totally met our needs. After a lot of more questions from our side, we went into the real planning phase, looking at the different colour options and she sent us some samples to choose from. The colour range is stunning and I can’t believe anyone putting up some of the bright colours, but they are there and can be used, which makes the company even more outstanding. I had never seen a range of pvc rainfly or canvas like that!

As we went along more questions popped up and Sumari never once not answered any of our somewhat silly questions or went and investigated about our requests. Being a family business, we even met her dad, on a WhatsApp call and we immediately felt even more acknowledged as a small customer. We knew we had made the right discission.

Then came the day of delivery and putting up the tent. After months of planning and preparing, a small team of 4 people came to put up our tent…. it only took one and a half days and the team was absolutely marvellous. Lead by Ernie, the team was friendly and efficient and it was a pleasure having them help us is such a way. Within the blink of an eye, everything was set up and done and PERFECT ! The material used it exceptional and durable and we have a good feeling about making use of it for a very long time. We still stand in awe when we look at our tent and I loved decorating it and making it even more cosy than it was with the inner lining it came with. We could have moved in ourselves immediately and we are contemplating on maybe putting up a bigger one as our home in future.

We are now proud owners of an Exclusive tent tent and so happy…. We hope to make lots of our customers enjoy it by staying with us and seeing the beautiful area at the lakes of Wilderness.
